2. Our Role

Varuna Travel Ltd acts as a booking agent for tandem paragliding experiences operated by licensed third-party flight providers in Turkey.

We are responsible for:

  • Processing bookings and payments

  • Providing customer support

  • Coordinating reservations

The actual paragliding service is delivered by independent professional pilots and operators.

3. Booking and Payment

  • All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout.

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking.

  • Payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments and its supported providers.

4. Participant Requirements

Participants must:

  • Follow all safety instructions

  • Meet weight and health requirements

  • Not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs

  • Be physically able to participate

Failure to meet these conditions may result in refusal to fly without refund.

5. Weather and Safety

Flights are subject to suitable weather and safety conditions.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule flights if conditions are unsafe.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

7. Liability

Paragliding is an adventure sport and involves inherent risks.

By booking, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

Varuna Travel Ltd is not liable for:

  • Injuries caused by failure to follow instructions

  • Loss or damage to personal belongings

  • Delays or cancellations caused by weather or force majeure

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence where such limitation is prohibited by law.

All content on this website is owned by or licensed to Varuna Travel Ltd and may not be reproduced without written permission.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
