Refund policy

This Return and Refund Policy applies to all bookings made through paraglidingfethiye.net and is operated by Varuna Travel Ltd (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

1. Nature of Our Services

We sell bookings for tandem paragliding experiences and related travel services.
All services are provided on specific dates and times and are subject to weather conditions, safety requirements, and operational availability.

Because our services are time-specific leisure activities, different cancellation and refund rules apply compared to physical goods.

2. Customer Cancellations

If you cancel your booking:

  • More than 48 hours before the scheduled activity time:
    You are entitled to a full refund.

  • Between 24 and 48 hours before the scheduled activity time:
    You are entitled to a 50% refund.

  • Less than 24 hours before the scheduled activity time or in case of no-show:
    No refund will be issued.

All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email or WhatsApp using the contact details below.

3. Weather and Safety Cancellations

Paragliding is a weather-dependent activity.

If your flight is cancelled by us due to:

  • Unsafe weather conditions

  • Safety concerns

  • Technical or operational issues

You will be offered either:

  • A full refund, or

  • A free rescheduling to another available date.

4. Late Arrivals

If you arrive late and miss your scheduled flight slot, this will be treated as a no-show and no refund will be issued.

5. Health and Weight Restrictions

For safety reasons, flights may be refused if a participant:

  • Exceeds the safe weight limits

  • Has a medical condition that makes flying unsafe

  • Is under the influence of alcohol or drugs

In such cases, no refund will be issued.

6. How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Processing time may vary depending on your bank or card provider but usually takes 5–10 business days.
