We understand that plans can change. Our goal is to offer flexible cancellation terms while also respecting the efforts of our flight partners.

 

Customer Cancellations

• 24 hours or more before the flight: Full refund available — no questions asked.

• Less than 24 hours before the flight: Partial or no refund may apply, depending on operational costs already incurred.

• No-shows or late arrivals: Unfortunately, we are unable to refund missed flights. Please be ready at the scheduled pickup time.

 

Cancellations by Us or the Flight Operator

In rare cases (such as bad weather or safety concerns), the flight may be cancelled by the local operator. In such cases, you will be offered:

• A free reschedule (subject to availability)

• Or a full refund, whichever you prefer

 

How Refunds Are Issued

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

We act solely as a booking coordinator and promote experiences on behalf of licensed paragliding providers in Turkey. All flights are operated by independent third-party professionals. Refunds are issued based on the operator’s final cancellation and reschedule decision.
