1. Booking & Confirmation

• All bookings are subject to availability and are not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email.

• Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes and standard service fees unless otherwise stated.

 

2. Payment Terms

• Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

• Payment can be made through secure online methods provided at checkout.

 

3. Cancellation & Refunds

Please refer to our separate Cancellation & Refund Policy for detailed terms regarding cancellations and refund eligibility.

 

4. Operator Responsibility

ParaglidingFethiye.net, operated by Varuna Travel Ltd (Company Number: 16478057, registered in England and Wales), acts solely as a booking platform.

We do not own or operate the flights. All paragliding experiences are delivered by third-party, licensed flight operators in Turkey.

We cannot be held liable for accidents, delays, or issues occurring during the activity itself.

5. Age, Weight & Health Restrictions

• Minimum age: 6 years

• Maximum weight: 100 kg

• You must be in good physical health and not under the influence of alcohol or drugs on the day of your flight.

 

6. Weather & Safety Conditions

Flights are dependent on weather and safety conditions. In the event of cancellations due to weather, customers will be offered a reschedule or refund.

7. Liability Waiver

By participating in paragliding activities, you acknowledge that you understand the inherent risks involved. You agree to waive all liability against Varuna Travel Ltd for incidents arising from the flight conducted by third-party operators.

8. Changes to Terms

Varuna Travel Ltd reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
